By purchasing a digital product from The Home Alone Method™, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through The Home Alone Method™ are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

Our current products include:

• The Home Alone Method™ — our main online dog separation anxiety programme.
• The Home Alone Companion™ — an optional interactive online companion application available as an order bump with The Home Alone Method™.
• The Crate Confidence Protocol™ — an optional specialist online programme offered after purchase of The Home Alone Method™.

Products are accessed online and are not supplied as physical goods.

2. Access and Delivery

Access to purchased products is provided after successful payment.

The Home Alone Method™ and The Crate Confidence Protocol™ are accessed online through links supplied following purchase.

The Home Alone Companion™ is a login-based online application. If purchased, access will be provided using the instructions supplied following purchase.

Please ensure that the email address entered when purchasing is correct, as important order and access information may be sent to that address.

3. Immediate Digital Access and Cancellation Rights

Our digital products are intended to be supplied immediately following successful payment.

Where applicable under UK consumer law, by expressly requesting immediate access to digital content before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period and acknowledging the loss of the statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins, you agree that access may be provided immediately.

This does not affect our separate 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described below or any statutory rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Once an eligible refund has been processed, it will be returned through the original payment method. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

5. What Happens After a Refund?

If The Home Alone Companion™ is refunded, the purchaser's login-based access to the Companion will be removed.

The Home Alone Method™ and The Crate Confidence Protocol™ are delivered through online links rather than individual login-controlled accounts. Consequently, technical access to a link already supplied may not be capable of being withdrawn following a refund.

Receiving a refund does not give permission to share, reproduce, distribute, resell or otherwise make a refunded product or its access link available to another person.

6. Personal Access

Your purchase is for your personal use.

Product links, login credentials and other access information must not be shared with other people or made publicly available.

7. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us.
