All products sold through The Home Alone Method™ are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.
Our products may be delivered through online pages, third-party digital platforms or login-based applications.
Access is provided following successful payment.
Our checkout and order-processing system is provided through Systeme.io.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe and PayPal.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
The applicable price and total amount payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Optional additional products, including order bumps and post-purchase offers, will only be charged where you choose to purchase them.
Our products are designed to provide access following successful purchase.
Where required by applicable consumer law, you will be asked to expressly request that supply of digital content begins before the end of the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel will be lost once supply begins.
This does not affect our separate 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee or statutory remedies that may apply where digital content does not conform to the contract.

You may request a refund for an eligible individual product or, where applicable, your full order within 30 days of purchase.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

They are not substitutes for individual veterinary diagnosis or treatment or individual advice from an appropriately qualified animal behaviour professional.

Dogs and individual circumstances vary, and we do not guarantee a particular behavioural outcome or result.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Digital Product Policy excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Under applicable UK consumer law, digital content must meet relevant legal standards. Statutory remedies may be available where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
